On first impression, it does seem like a good company to work for with friendly co-workers and staff. I found out in a very short time that my hard work was not appreciated. I am no longer working for them and I will not recommend the store to anyone unless you liked to be walked on. It really depends on what side of the counter you find yourself. If you are a customer, smiles are readily available and help is there. If you are the worker, a high expectation is present. It is easy for us to judge another to quit, but that certain person may not have any other options.
You are right on! A lot of favoritism. They don't understand what conflict of interest means. Agree 100% with business model comment. Communication is terrible. They don't know how to keep things simple. It could be awesome place to work but how it operates creates a lot of unnecessary stress.
