After 32 years of working for what used to be a very good company Ikeep telling my self tjat it can't get worst,it will get better but it is not happening it just keeps getting worsy everyday. The company is hiring people with no knowledge in the management positions just to have the position filled. They don't care about family life. We have a union unfurtunatelly it is a COMPANY UNION that is only interested in collecting union dues.
Like most unions....made for conforming Monkey's and submissive morrons, they get paid by you....then wine and dine with your boss.
