I have worked for various companies of Loblaws (supercenter, Loblaws, RCSS) and watched this company turn from a once mighty company that took pride and care of their employees (l was proud to say l worked there) to a nasty uncaring, threat ridden company that sets unreal and unatainable expectations. And uses scare tactics to try to reach them. Recognition of good work is non-existant. I only have 7 years to go to reach retirment, but I dont think I can remain in such a cold uncaring environment. If you think I would recomend this company, you have not been reading
Very typical of 90% of today's workforces across thousands of industries, thanks to this website anyone anywhere net based can easily review that there is a very serious problem emerging over the last then years, which of course with only help to motivate workers everywhere to care less and less about the AMERICAN DREAM which is dying our world recession is a sign of that.All every company cares about today is GREED nothing and no one has any value to them were all disposable like empty drink containers, they will suck out any blood to help the Greed flow more, then toss you in the trash.
