After working at a Loblaws company for over a year, I requested a transfer to another location in a different city due to post-secondary education. After fully agreeing to this transfer, I arrive at the new location to find out that the old one refused to go through with the transfer. I was able to work at the new location on condition of paying the union fees again and starting at my original wage.... so much for employee appreciation...
