Edmonton warehouse and supporting management have created an atmosphere of dictatorship unlikely to change. Many of the comments are true that relate to people being treated badly. When management hired a professional manager that made true changes, they let him go and kept the old time dictators. Accidents have been directly related to a poor training process and concerns from trainers neglected. Seems like very poor judgement taking place.
