This is the first large company I have ever worked for .If this is the way all large companies treat their employee's I will never work for one again. You get no respect , to the company you are a non -person . As long as you keep the customers coming in and out of the doors and the money is coming in for them they are happy. But what about us?
Most likely because the owner has visited CHINA and INDIA and see how hard working exploited slaves perform for next to zero$$$$ without any rights to speak of..... so they are now experimenting with this program here.... to see if it will catch on. So far seems that it is.......and since Canada will one day be like a 3rd world country as our government no longer cares about the nation who vote them in power....only about greedy selfish big business.
