these people do not care about thier employees they just think of them as numbers .you have to preform to thier specks if you don't you wil be called in the office and leaned on to make you perform too thier specks.they have no rotation off days ,nights ,or weekends . they are like slave drivers just with out a whip .when you work for these people there is no family life they only care about thier affairs you need time for your family you good luck if you need time other than your scheduled vacation .sick time is not good worse than bring a note too school read between the lines .regards too safty ,safty comitee can bring up safty things they in most case just say we will look in too it some gets fixed most dont .management is poor more like little children with a play toy .
