I worked in management at a real canadian superstore. The company treats their managment employees like slaves!! They demand insane hours and give you an unrealistic workload and rake you over the coals when you can't keep up. When I started they put us all through an orientation where they said their employees were more important to them than there customers. But once we started, it all went out the window!!!
