After years of working and new management team coming in, was treating like I had contributed nothing. I left almost immediately, joined a different company in which I discovered that bi annual reviews are the norm, and that you can be treated with respect no matter what your position. Waiting for the talented people I worked with to also leave, and find happiness within a company that gives as much as it takes.
