Why is the company opening a new Zehrs store in Bradford Ontario when they are buying out employees to flip the store to a different banner? Everyone at our store think that we will be offered a buy out or buy over by the end of the year. With this happening I'm not sure what to think?

What I am hearing is that the company is opening new stores under the Zehes banner. They are hiring new management which means cheaper labor. My other question is Why is the company getting away with scheduling a 26 hour week when our contract states 27 hours. The contract banner I work for is Zehrs not Superstore or NoFrills.
