I work at a RCSS and it is very stressful. I have been the top cashier for many months and I don't get any recognition for it. Not a raise, more hours, or even a "Good job". Also everyone just calls in sick if they don't want to come in, it leaves the people who do show up short-staffed and frantic. What is the point of doing my very best when this company only cares about its higher management?
