This store is the superstore in Oshawa. The management is horrible. They tell you want you want to here just to get the job done. Ice build up in our freezer over a year, nothing done about it, have to threaten to call health and safety, finally a manager had to pick at the ice for a few hours to get it gone. There is no manners from anyone. The moral in the store sucks, no one cares cause nothing ever changes. They wonder why people are not happy , start listening cause it s for Your own good, it s the company losing money all the time, no us!!! We try telling them the customers complaints but they don t wanna here, I give up and so do many others, oh well
