Sorry to say, but Loblaws doesn't know how to keep employees that are hard workers, seems we only hired a bunch of loons for management and part timers alike who have neither interest or devotion to keep our store running like it should. We are a pilot store, RCSS, and the management have no clue as to what they are doing, they are only bad to their employees. For all you poor souls out there, please do not hassle yourselves with Loblaws. I've worked there for almost 7years and I still get paid minimum wage. That alone should say something about RCSS's.

yet some old contract cashiers get $26.00 per hour. why not buy them out? get rid of them and then you can have 2 cashiers in their place and then no line-ups.
