This company is based on favoritism, the same people always get weekends off, while others have to work almost 10 days in a row just to get a reasonable amount of hours, even those with a lot of seniority. Most of the workload is dumped on the part time staff, just so management has less to do. Whenever there are issues with customers, they always take the side of the customers over that of the workers. Policies are never followed, wherein some things are not permitted one week and then allowed the next. Lack of communication and slack training of new employees. In our store you find management sitting in the up stair offices with their feet on the desk laughing and joking.
