Misleading hiring practices for new employees here. A group of seven new employees at my store in the last training session were fired from a number of departments. That's from a total group of eight during their first month of employment. All were given the laughable twenty-four hour training session and let go within their first week of employment. How many people does this company go through in a year? Talk about inefficient management and human resources skills. What a waste of time and money.
I hear you. I was 1 of 4 new hires who went through training together at a RCSS back in April...and by the middle of June all 4 of us were put out of work because "head office cut hours" and the company couldn't "afford" to keep us! Unbelievable.
