Worked with this company for 4 years. Never got any praise for my hard work. Lots of blaming going around and piling work on other workers. Manipulating the manager(s) helps a lot for other people and I don't understand how they can do that, but if it is to their own advantage they will do it. I walked out on the job because I couldn't stand taking the blame anymore and being considered the laziest when I knew who wasn't rotating food and slacked off the entire day; yet no one believes the guy that worked nights. I'd have to say if I was working customer service all the time it would be an incredibly easy job just to send customers to the other departments to deal with the job that they are supposed to be doing. Other than that, this job is absolute crap. Leave now or have some good skills in manipulating others.
