Morale just keeps getting lower and lower. You would be unable to find one single person in our store that is happy to be there. We have 'walkrounds' every single week and at least 1-2 days prep is required to get the store in shape. Galen and friends, when you decide to come visit why don't you just drop in unannouced so that you see the store as it really is.....believe me, you would not be very happy then!

What can I add... all of the above plus tyrannical bullying. Mgr's standard answer to anything is "If you don't like it, there's the door" - how's THAT for mature problem-solving? I'm sure Galen Weston has a personal shopper and never sees the inside of a grocery store - the way they lay on extra help to fluff the store for his special guest appearances is ridiculous. They should give us extra hours ALL the time if they want it to look that good. That never occurs to them.
