I was with the TMS project. In my whole career tenure, I have NEVER seen such an unorganized DB/Reports/applicaiton structure. The way components/modules/reports/queries are altered without even taking inpacts into consideration. Moreover, least manager's attention in building progressing lines for an employee. Politics, lies, jealousy and I was surprised to see this. If a module can be altered/fixed in 2 lines, adversely, more than 20 lines are written.

Pay is good but don't take this place as your career advancement. There is NOTHING in Loblaws IT. Thanks good heavens I am out of there. Everyday was a nightmare.

Recommendation: Do not join IT team, who don't know what they are doing but will ultimately throw all their failures on you to get rid of you. Don't believe me ? Try and see.
