Each and every month, we are given a form to fill out, regarding, How to reduce shrink. Yet we have a dept. manager who could care a less about shrink. I received discipline for reducing shrink, after the dept manager did not count a proper amount of product to go into a package, for sale. Both the store manager and department manager came to the dept, yelling and screaming at me, on the floor area, in front of customers. I received a suspension, no thanks for reducing the shrink, and was told I was being disobedient, for putting the proper amount of product in the packages, to be sold. To date there has been No discipline for the person, doing this, and head office instructed me to return to this store, after I was disciplined. Now I have been given my termination papers, because I refuse to work in this hostile environment. Both department manager and store manager, yelled and screamed at me on floor. The department manager spoke to customers, about my discipline, suspension, and there has been no privacy at all regarding my situation. I have been with this company for 19 years, and have had this yelling and harassment, going on and on. No one deserves to have their personal information shared with customers, concerning my discipline, or suspension, or have customers saying things like I am sorry about your unfortunate situation. then go about to inform me that the department manager told them what happened. This company and union will not investigate your problems, as it should be done. I am fed up and Not at all willing to go back to work in this store as I do not trust anyone anymore. I now have panic attacks, cant sleep at night, feeling betrayed by both the union and the head Office, whom should have investigated this problem and disciplined the right person, for being abusive to me.

Get a lawyer or go to the labor board, and make sure you tell the store manager, make sure they don't sleep at night with an impending lawsuit on their shoulders.

We throw out product by the bundles that could sell on the reduced rack!

There are just no hours to reduce the stuff! The amount of perfectly good food this company throws out is disgusting!!
