I have worked for this company for the past 24 years..I now have a new department manger and the bullying and harassment doesn't stop..Have gone to HR but nothing has been done..HR just turns their back to the employees and ignore the problems that are now taking place with the department manager..If I could find another full time job I would be gone in a heart beat..This company sucks big time. I really wish other employees would get together and take it to Ontario Human Rights Commission!!!

You are crazy... HR can easily track down records and complaints. Are you not aware that you can be disciplined or even fired for writing anything that damages a company? Complain to the labour board or find a new job and leave. Dont sit there becoming a toxic employee.
It may not be a case of, "Turning their backs."There are entire systems laid out for this sort of thing.For example, one of the 'kids' at the store I worked with had been stealing for THREE, yes, THREE years, until he was finally escorted out in handcuffs by police. The company had been tracking every theft from chocolate bars to a TV until he reached $5000.00. Theft over 5000 carries a heavier weight than petty theft.
