Upper management are so bad they are funny ( after you've finished working there). Strategy appears to be hire as cheap as possible and zero loyalty to employees. Once upon a time Loblaws was a reasonable company. Nowadays they are just pathetic and it shows in their reputation which is awful. You can't mistreat thousands of people over the past few years and not expect blowback. And to cap it all their share price is less than 50% of what it was about 8 years ago! Lol.
