Would you honestly want to work in a place where you start as PT have the chance at FT in maaaaybe two years. Get handed new contracts where you work longer for less, sick days are taken from you and any days missed must be made up for.

And as PT hope you don't need benfits cause you aren't getting those for three YEARS! A roller coaster of hours for PT might keep you content some months and hoping your not homeless the next. Get another job to make up for the lows and hope you arent working the days you HAVE to be available when they don't even schedule on them. Last but not least your co-workers/managment have little to no respect for the work you do.
