It is hard to work for a company that is continually removing products so customers have to go to other stores to shop. Why make 2 stops so they just go to the other store. Our hours cut so short that the till lines are huge so after spending hours shopping you have to wait again for the till. When you work for the Fresh dept and your hours are cut it is catch 22 you have no hours because you have no sales and you need hours to make the stuff to have sales. Where is the manangments logic in cutting the fresh depts hours?

Yes hours have been cut in the stores too much to the point it is affecting sales and profits. Does this contradict the goal of running a business in the first place? And they make new positions outside the stores at head office doing useless things. We just had a Reno and my department was given $4000 worth of new equipment when my current equipment works fine. This equipment is just sitting in my storage room. Yet they won't give me a second cash register which is really needed to help with the line ups in my department. I know it is important to be positive but we cannot ignore the problems and we need to let head office know of what improvements are needed.
