Loblaw's and our Union should be ashamed of themselves for treating their employee's so poorly. I have worked for this Company for over 31 yrs. My hourly wage will decrease over 23 % In 1993 I was making 14.60 hour when the store conversion takes place this March my hourly rate will drop to 13.29 hour SHAME SHAME ON YOU LOBLAW'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No wonder the store morale is bad
You have my sympathy. I escaped a few years ago. A truly dishonourable company that shows no respect to its employees. Some of the middle-upper management are absolutely incompetent and lacking in basic integrity

a 23% pay cut will take you down to $11.24/hr.When I left my store (post conversion) top rate for non-management was $12.56.When I started, people were making ~$18.00 full time non-management.It is a real shame!I see you left out the contract buy-out though.
