First off, management only care about the themselves. The union only cares about the their dues which leaves the employees wondering what's going to happen to them. When the appearance of both mangement and union working together, the feeling the employees get is one of frustration, dissention and de-moralized. The union is weak, catering only to their needs instead of the people who put them there. Management only wants to make money without seeing the big picture. How can a store run with such minimal staff and still claim to give top customer service. We might as well be Walmart. I worked at Loblaws for over 23 years and the thank you I get was nothing. It's actually better now. By the end it turns out that if you do nothing you can fly under the radar, do a good job and you get grief for not doing a better job. I'm so disappointed in this company. It was once a good place to work until certain people took over the company and forgot the people working. Disgusted!
