This company doesnt care about its employees
talk about your company caring for you, i know of 1 guy close to yonge and sheppard subway being "randomly sent back to the store who originally kicked him out." how do you figure that one out? what distresses me in this scenario is, it's not only the customers loblaws is alienating, but also its employees. i have a strong feeling loblaws is implementing the plan LCBO is currently using to save money, keep a low turn over rate and manipulate the retail industry. talk about being greedy! i hope the owner/CEO chokes to death!
