Well I have worked for this store over 10 years and here is our situation..Natural Value operator left, assistant grocery manager left...assistant meat manager left...floral operator left...cao supervisor left.....file maintenance operator is leaving ...Joe fresh manager out on sick leave.....Haba manager out on sick leave. Store manager there 7 days a week..both assistant managers are stressed out and overwhelmed. everybody wants to kill each other. No one wants to apply for a job with us because of our bad reputation. need i say more?
ive been with them for twenty years for the last ten or so years the work load has become tremendous and now its to the point where it is just rediculous labour is cut to the bone they have loss prevention officers in each store watching your every move and if you make a mistake watch out. I could go on for the rest of my life about this place tiered of working off the clock to try and accomplish a days work every day ......
