PCC office is very high stress depending what dept you work in. senior team come up with ideas that are not benifical to the business and end up costing the business more money. We are more reactive than proactive. If you work hard you will not get promoted its who you know not what you know. higher up's piggy back off of lower ranking individauls great ideas and claim them as your own, unless you speak up. Turn over is high due to the stress, forget about the people for LCL its all about the money and taking advantage of their hard working people
