Very poor company to work for. No benefits, no company morale, minimum wages, no employee discounts and a condescending attitude from managers. Training is very bad and I was supposed to learn by watching. Fortinos does not encourage employees to shop at their store. Even walmart gives a 10% discount. Stuff that is broken, clearance, close to expiry is not offered to employees to purchase. I was not shown what other departments do. If you are desperate for a job ok, but if you want a career, forget this place.
