Its easy to sit in a puffy chair and make new rules only to break them a month later. My guess that most of the H.O. people are text book smart BUT not common sense smart. The waste that comes down the line is something that I'm sure isn't seen. The company should really keep a better eye on their shrink.

Common sense still goes a long way.

I also wonder if most of H.O. is ran by family.
