This company is being run from the head office and what they say goes, no matter what part of the country you're from. Low morale and terrible working conditions, There's no need for management at the store level, because all they are allowed to do is implement policies from the head office. Ridiculously high prices and no support staff store wise. Staff cuts and no customer service on the floors. Of the big 3 or 4 supermarkets, I would rate Superstore at the bottom of the list.
