Depending on the role, this company might offer you a work life balance but so far I worked in the Lost Prevention department as an Analyst in the past and there was no work life balance in my division. The managers were on call during the weekends and have BlackBerrys & Laptops. They expect you to work OT during the evening and weekends. They have rediculous deadlines that would make you have to work every single weekend to get it done. I am happy that I got out and not working for this company. Its very poorly organized with a bunch of legacy systems. Nothing is centralized and its so messy! They don't even have SAP b/c they are too cheap to implement it until recently which they are taking forever to go live! If you are a fresh graduate or don't have much work experience, then this place is not a bad place to start but if you have good work experience, go for a better company!
