They have to stop deligating everything to 1 department. We are unfortunately not all mind readers when it comes to what is going on in the store. Instead of snapping someones head off give them a proper answer. Use to really like going to work, now almost hate to go to the place for groceries. Management, instore or above needs to pull their heads out of their respective behinds and think about their workers instead of the all mighty dollar.
