I deliver groceries to both Sobeys and Loblaws. Sobeys employees seem happy, are friendly and do not seem as stressed. Loblaws employees seem generally unhappy, some must be so unhappy since they are not friendly to drivers, and some are just downright unacceptably jerks. This is a testament to difference in culture between Sobeys and Loblaws hierarchy. For this reason, I shop at Sobeys as it's apparent that Loblaws just doesn't treat its employees with dignity and respect.
