Well let me tell you, I worked for your company for a month and a half. You sure expect alot from your Supervisors , 10 hour days! inadiquat training. Yes the Managment seems to be in there own little world, I found most of them lazy, unorganized and always on days off. I have heard from alot of people that your Company is the worst one in Canada, especialy after viewing all the negative things other emplotees have to say. Once again the rich get richer and the rest of us just work are ass's off for you. You will never have the corner on the market because you lack personal service. Good luck keeping good people. I will not shop at Supes Store ever .
I have worked for the company for over 20 years. I have stopped shopping there about a year and a half ago. I am so happy to shop elsewhere. I will spend my money at a place I respect. When people see me at Save on foods or Walmart, they ask me "Hey, aren't you in the wrong store?" I tell them "Oh, no. I have to work there (for now). I don't have to shop there. Our store sucks." They agree and I smile and go on my way. Somethings, you just can't hide. Our top management is absolutely horrible. I have never felt so small and incompetent. How do they get away with it? People keep shopping there. If you're a customer, you can get away with absolutely anything. Colleagues, you're screwed.Worst company in Canada? I believe it. My tear-stained pillow proves it everyday.
