the store i work at is a total dump. you walk in the backroom, it looks like a pigsty, you walk the floors, garbage everywhere. you check in with the closing managers, they'll tell you that they dont know crap. you try to take initiative, they reprimand you. to quote my immediate supervisor, "where else do you get paid $24.00/hour doing shit."
i agree with you, try checking out empress store. they have a night crew chief who is not only irresponsible, but also lacks the initiative and drive to boost the morals of everyone in the crew. actually, come to think of it, he is the one instigating the lack of unity or teamwork. boo to the management, especially this crew chief. i hope he burns in hell.
