I worked there for just over 4 years and moved my family from east to west and back to Ontario and with each move was told it would be great for my career. Once back in Ontario I was told my position was eliminated and given a severance package, this after only being back for 8 months. My family sacrificed allot for the company and this is what we got in the end....." Value our people” I think not!
Just remember that the higher your up the ladder the closer you are to the door.
