Enough recognition is not given to the employee, who is doing well at the job they have been hired to do. Hours are continually been cut, which means alot of the empolyees must seek a second job.
You can't really have a second job when you have to be available all day sat and sun, friday day or night and atleast one other day or night monday to thursday. What a joke.
