Do not work there as a salaried dept. head. I was in charge of Grocery and it was a joke. Shitty pay and working 60 hours plus a week. I would have been better off to just be hourly.

To top it off, before I left, they tried to give me a bad performance appraisal when the truth is I worked my ass off for the place. The only credit I give them is I took it above the dumb store manager I had, and it was reversed to "acceptable". Thanks a lot Loblaws, for failing to recognize and appreciate a truly hardworking and dedicated employee!
