I'm a lifer. Unfortunately. Unless I can find another job quick!I agree with other posters that this company has gone down the toilet. IT used to be a good place to work. Training is always cut back or there are no hours allotted for training. Some Store managers don't do what they are supposed to do such as disciplining employees, ignoring health and safety issues.It used to be a place I was proud to work for.I'm losing my loyalty to my employer after 25 years.
I forgot to mention that HR managers don't know what they are doing and good luck trying to get a hold of one.Some managers are awful and can't manage and should be trained better or demoted. Managers are overworked and told to cut hours and are still expected to get everything done.
Why did you give them such a high rating? They deserve a negative score.
I don't know what happened there! There really shouldn't be so many stars especially on the recruitment, stress and schedule parts!
