perhaps it is that I've been with Loblaw too long at the store level..perhaps the constant push for more but with less staffing, the tell it as it is but no follow up,the verbal only committment to workplace health and safety,, the visual state of many of the stores in the retail areas (not to mention back room areas , the constant complaints from customers not finding favourite stock, more so now that the warehouses have changed.. I could go on but need to use some of the space to mention the great staff that still hold on to the vision.. the great staff that take a deep breath and hope for a better tomorrow, the great staff that know what it is to be part of a team and not work with tunnel vision to "my job/not my job attitude.... good hourly pay (crappy total weekly hours for all but the top 1/3 of the top 1/3rd employees),,good union benefits if you qualify with enough hours,, flexible hours but at a cost of reduced hours (restricted lists)...tell it like it is...listen to the people ( customers and staff)
