I have worked for this company for 3 years, and there is very little positives I can say about this company. Head office/management are TERRIBLE. Everyone from dept. managers down are the only "real" people. Total lack of compassion for their staff. I took a stress leave from work for 2 weeks, and during then I had management calling me telling me I HAD to come in and work otherwise my employment with the company would be terminated immediately. - This is with doctor's notes and all the proper paper work filled out that was required for a leave of absence. They overload all staff, especially the part-time workers. They expect miracles from the staff, and when they don't happen all hell breaks loose and good workers are fired. Although there are great advancements and competitive rates of pay AND benefits, I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here. Since working here, I am now stuck here and it's really taking a toll on me both physically and mentally. I have no social life because they demand me to be available practically every day of the week, and my health is not the greatest because of this company. Sad part is, I'm only 20 years old!!!!!
