I have been employed for 14 years. In that short time I have noticed the company going down hill very fast. Management should remember that the higher you go the closer you get to the door of being fired. I have seen good people go for management with sparkles in the eye and the sparkles disappear with in 6 months of them excepting a management position. I have also seen people get management only because no one else applied for the position. What does that tell you? What really ticks me off is that there is different rules for certain people. I guess it really depends how well you kiss ass. All I can say it that I hope that when management treat people with disrespect it will go full circle and they will get treated disrespectfully at some point. Also the A B C D pins are so stupid. Customer service is part of the job. I was told that the younger people need to be encouraged so I guess the pins are for encouraging them. I can hardly wait for them to offer me early retirement.
