Used to be a good company to work for, but when you consider in Ontario they cut peoples' wages back close to $5/hr, people tend to get pretty ticked. And we're not talking about people who make a whole hell of a lot to begin with. I will say that I am highly overpaid for the job that I have to do though, even with the wage cut. Management styles differ from store to store, sometimes you get a good one, sometimes you get a cruddy one. Your best bet is to go in knowing that everybody there has a job to do, so pull your weight. I suppose I have the benefit of a small-town store to back me up on that one.
Rater210 , you need to know some info. 1st , no one , absolutely no one makes less than $10 an hour in Ontario ( minimun wage)2nd , you're not overpaid. Your union fought to get you those wages and members in the past put up w/ this companies BS thru the years to get those "overpaid" pages that you currently receive and enjoy I'm sure.
