Horrible company im a slave in the warehouse as an assembler my supervisor F bombs me and screws me over without giving me downtime that is his responsibility(system going down) then punishing me for it even though its out of my control. Dangerous job the company is more concerned with the 92.5 percent quota then the safety of their workers people get run over and turnover is 80percent quit or get fired in the first 4months. Workers are just scapegoats for poor management efforts and cannonfodder.
Management and HR at Loblaws is the worst I've ever encountered esp. at the mid-level. This place deserves a -5 rating at the most !!
