I interviewed for a marketing position; completed 4 rounds of interviews with several levels of management; after waiting for the call I was told would happen shortly after, they didn't have the courtesy to tell me I didn't get a job! What a tacky setup. I learned afterward that it's a terrible company to work for; the corporate culture is fake...what a waste of my time & insult to my intelligence! Totally dodged a bullet. Was hired with an even bigger company, in a higher capacity... Loblaws loss!

Nothing good can be said about Loblaws today .. a total waste of time and effort. No wonder going down and racing to the bottom with Walmart. Get out of this place when you can and you will be glad that you did. Competes for mediocracy with the lowest of the low !!
Third rate setup and to be avoided if possible. Nothing good to write about this place as most posters here vouch for. Never encountered such a useless organization before. Best part is that the management is aware of this but chooses to just go on anyway.
