One of the worst setups to be employed in. This is a place run on an adhoc basis day to day with no long term vision for improvement. Everyone knows that this place needs to be rebuilt from ground up and lot of talking done with no action plans. Salary and benefits were okay but do not know how it's like presently. Stay far away or get out whenever you can find a better opportunity like many are doing. Deserves a negative 3 rating or below.
So true ... one of the worst organizations to be employed in. It's absolutely the lousiest place that I have seen with regards to management, policy and day to day operations. Very high turnover of staff and the company does not care or knows it's so bad that nothing can be done to improve things.
