I work for the IT department. This is my first work experience since finishing school. I love my job at Loblaws. Comparing to what my friends earn at other companies, salary is a bit above average. Very focused on work life balance and employee engagement. Great location and work stations are brand new.
This message keeps appearing regularly (with small variations) on this board. Looks like someone from the company is trying to make this place look good.At least have the decency to change the message a little more so that it looks more authentic.And, in the event the message is authentic, that goes to show that only a couple of new employees in the IT department are happy. Wait untill you've dedicated a few years to the company and they give you an impromptu rectal examination (and they run out of vaseline!!)
