My work colleague at Loblaws told me about this site and asked me to have a look at it. What a bunch of grumps to post negative things about Loblasw. Seems that "communication" is the biggest thing people whine about. Don't worry about communication people. What would you do with the gush of information management could pore out on you? You probably could not handle it all. I have worked at Loblaws for over 6 years and anytime I need to ask about anything I just ask and get whatever I need to know and everything is fine. I do not want more information than what I need to do my job that is for sure.
Wow, you ask a question and they give an answer and therefore, you love your job!!No smiling faces, have to make yourself available many days (part-time job) with low wages and benefits. Trainers don't know what they are doing, along with management that plays favouritism to those that don't do much but "text" while they are at work. But Wow - what a great place to work!!
