Worked for a competitor before coming here and salaries are low compared to others plus this year we received almost no raises. Benefits are somewhat good except for the pension plan. worklife balance is the worst of it I have kids that go to school and my wife works during the week full times are asked to work 3 out of 4 weekends and one Sunday a month plus 1 to 2 evenings plus i work like 60+ hours a week so that means you have only 12 weekends in a year to spend time with family. Salaried means that you have to get the job done no matter how much time it takes so you usually end up making less than minimum wage per hour. Bottom line is that you would love it if you don't care about money,family,retirement and feeling inadequate all the time.
